A Richmond native and Westhampton resident, Jim graduated from St. Christophers School and Campbell University, B.A. 1970. He is a 30 + year veteran in the Real Estate Business with Charles A. Rose Co. Inc.

Susan Blackwell
Joined Charles A. Rose Co in 1991 after enjoying 16 years in the Retail buying business for locally owned department stores. A native of Tennessee, Susan has made Richmond her home since 1975.
Graduated University of Tennessee, B.S. 1975.
Nick Carter
A native of Richmond, Nick received his B.A. from the University of Arizona, 1977. He is involved in all aspects of Real Estate sales and marketing, including home renovations, new construction and land sales since 1988.
Roger Sargent
Associated with Charles A. Rose Co for over twenty years. Roger currently is serving as vice president of the company.
Clair D. Blackwell
A Richmond native, Clair grew up in Richmond’s Westhampton area. She attended St. Catherine’s School and Trinity Episcopal School. In college, Clair studied art with an emphasis in interior design and psychology. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree from The Virginia Commonwealth University.
